This unit is being rebuilt by the condo association. New walls, (concrete blocks/ poured concrete headers ), brand new roof, new hurricane impact resistant sliders, new doors. new electrical system and plumbing systems. New owner will be responsible for the finished product: flooring, painting, cabinetry and mill work, plumbing fixtures, AC units. The new owner will benefit from having a much stronger structure than the original units built 40+ years ago.
